Savings Bank Museum

Welcome to the 1920s bank hall! The Savings Bank Museum was established in 1972 and is the oldest national savings bank museum in the Nordic countries. The collections are owned by the Savings Bank Research Foundation.

The permanent exhibition at the Savings Bank Museum explores the history of banking. In the exhibition, you can also play the Savings Bank Game, which teaches the value of money in different eras.

The exhibition of the Savings Bank Museum is located on the second floor of Museum Skogster. You can visit all the exhibitions in Museum Skogster with same ticket.
